Shipping, Returns and Warranty

Shipping

Moduflex Custom Rigs work towards ensuring that all in-stock items are shipped within 3 business days, although it may be possible that your order is shipped sooner than 3 business days.

Bespoke items will be shipped as agreed with you.

We will email you to confirm once items have been shipped. If you have a tracking number, please call the courier first with any queries regarding delivery. If the courier is unable to solve your query, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.

For deliveries arriving by pallet, couriers can guarantee curbside delivery only – customers are responsible for transporting items from the curbside to their property.

Collection is free from our premises. Please contact us in advance to arrange a collection.

When your goods arrive, please check them for damage BEFORE signing. If there is any damage, please sign for the goods as damaged, otherwise we will be unable to investigate/claim for damage.

 

Cancelling Orders and Returns

You can cancel your order for a full refund before the order has been despatched or the manufacturing process has started. Your order will be deemed to be live until you receive email confirmation from us that your order has been cancelled.

You have 14 days to inform us that you wish to return stock items to us and another 14 days to return the products to us. They must be returned in an unused condition and in the original packaging. If goods are being returned due to a change of mind, there will be a charge for collection and no refund on the original shipping charge. There will also be a 10% restocking fee. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

Please print and complete the Return Form and enclose it with your return package.

Bespoke items cannot be returned.

 

Warranty

All Moduflex branded equipment is covered by a limited 12-month warranty. Warranty terms do not extend to damage arising from improper use, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, alteration, misuse, negligence, or otherwise not arising from defects of material or workmanship.

Payment

For online orders, FULL payment must be received from the Customer before processing/order confirmation can begin.

Website Information / Changes to ContentModuflex Custom Rigs cannot be held responsible if things change and errors occur before or after information is placed on our website. We check regularly to see if we need to update or correct any information on prices and will update as required as quickly as possible.

Delivery

The Customer Responsibilities

While Moduflex Custom Rigs endeavours to ensure the delivery on the date which the Customer has requested, it cannot be held responsible for any loss, direct or otherwise, accruing to the Customer as a result of error or delay by Third Parties, or error on the part of the Customer.

Moduflex Custom Rigs cannot be held responsible for the decisions, errors or any other actions of Third Parties involved in the process of rendering the Service or Services provided by the Company.

Moduflex Custom Rigs will not be held liable in the case of default by the Royal Mail. Royal Mail terms and conditions apply.

Delivery Policy – We generally use Royal Mail for orders under 2kg, and a courier for orders above this weight. We aim to send all orders out the following working day after they are placed and paid for

Delivery times may vary but aim to be within 5-7 working days but we ask that the customer allow 14 working days for UK orders. It is only after this time which we/Royal Mail will consider it lost/missing

Highlands of Scotland and other remote areas may incur an additional surcharge to be paid on delivery depending on the size/weight of the order and the destination address. Please Contact mcr@moduflex.co.uk for further information.

The person who places the order must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for payment of the total cost of the order.

Additional/Miscellaneous

Moduflex Custom Rigs cannot be held responsible for any problems, loss, injury or otherwise occurring as a result of omission, error, misuse, or oversight by the Customer.

No liability can be accepted by Moduflex Custom Rigs for any loss, injury or otherwise resulting from natural disasters, war, rioting, strikes, or any other circumstance beyond the Company’s control.

The company reserves the right to refuse orders at their discretion.

By placing an order online or otherwise providing us with an email address, you as the Customer authorise Moduflex Custom Rigs contact you in relation to your booking or enquiry using the contact details you have provided.

Returns/Cancellations/Damages

All exchanges/returns must be sent back to us within 28 days of receipt of goods, in their original packaging, and in new condition. Please always include a returns form which can be requested from us via email. Returns will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee, and shipping costs will not be refunded unless there is fault on our behalf.

All orders should be thoroughly checked upon receipt, and any shortages/damages reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Any goods arriving showing any damage at all should be signed for as ‘damaged’.
